读者办证须知
一、办理手续
1.到馆办理：读者持本人有效身份证通过自助办证机或服务机器人开通借阅功能，办理成功后不出实体证，身份证号即读者证号，密码默认为身份证后六位。办证完毕可选择录入人脸部信息，开通刷脸借书功能。
2.微信小程序办理：搜索微信小程序“中新友好图书馆”，进入在线办证，根据提示完成读者注册。
3.支付宝办理：打开支付宝界面，进入生活号，搜索“中新天津生态城图书档案馆”并关注，点击“注册”，根据提示完成读者注册。
4.外籍人员开通借阅功能，需持护照到服务台办理。
二、读者证功能
注册读者可免费使用馆内wifi，借阅馆藏文献，下载电子图书，登录我馆APP客户端获取本馆电子资源。
三、注销
读者解除注册时，请持本人有效证件前往服务台办理，并归还所借文献，如有丢失、损坏图书情况，按我馆相关规定处理。
四、修改读者注册密码
若读者需要修改密码，请登陆我馆手机APP客户端或微信公众号自行修改。
五、办证时间
总馆及各分馆开放时间均可办理。
六、注意事项
每人限办一证。可同时借阅成人、儿童类图书。
Instructionsof Reader’s card
Ⅰ Procedures
1. Get registered in the library: The reader can holdthe valid ID card and activates the borrowing function through the self-service registrationmachine or the service robot. After the successful operation, the entity ID card is not issued. The ID card number is the reader card number. The password defaults to the last six digits of the ID card. After the application is completed, you can choose to enter the face information and open the function of borrowing the face.
2. Get registered through Alipayng: Open the Alipay interfaceandenter the “LifeStyle”, search for “中新天津生态城图书档案馆” and friend it,thenclick “Register”and complete the registration according to the prompts.
3. Foreigners who wants to open the borrowing function need to takethe passportsto the service deskfor registration.
Ⅱ Functionof the reader’s card
Registered readers can use the wifi in the library for free, borrowinglibrary materials, downloading e-books, and loggingin to the APP of thelibrary to obtain electronic resources.
Ⅲ Cancellation of the reader’s card
Please go to the service desk with your valid ID and return the borrowed documents before get cancellation. If there are any lost or damaged books, please followthe relevant regulations of compensation.
Ⅳ Modification of the password
If the readersneed to change thepasswords, please visit our applicationor WeChat officialaccount formodification.

Ⅵ Notice
Each person is limited to one cardforborrowing bothadult and children's books with one same card.
儿童办证须知
一、适用年龄
适用年龄： 6-14岁。
二、证件要求
办证时请持儿童身份证(优先推荐)或户口本。
三、办理方式
持身份证可以通过自助办证机进行自助办证。 持户口本请到服务台人工办证。
四、证卡类别
读者证为虚拟读者证，身份证号即为读者证号，密码默 认身份证号后6位。
五、注销或取消外借功能
读者须到总服务台办理注销或取消外借功能。读者解除 注册时，请持本人有效证件前往服务台办理， 并归还所借文 献， 如有丢失、损坏图书情况， 按我馆《图书丢失、损坏赔 偿办法》处理。委托他人代办时， 须出示读者证、本人及代 办人的有效证件。
六、修改注册密码
登陆本馆手机APP客户端或微信公众号自行修改。
七、办证时间
总馆及分馆开放时间均可办理。
八、注意事项
每人只能办理一张读者证，并限本人使用。
生态儿童馆读者须知
生态儿童馆服务对象为6-12岁的青少年。提供少儿图书 的借阅、报刊阅览服务。读者可持身份证(或少儿读者证) 前往自助借阅机办理图书借阅服务。
第一条 请读者遵守各项规定，监护人须全程看护被监护人， 积极做好防范措施，对其行为、健康、安全负全责。
第二条 请保持室内安静整洁的阅读环境与秩序，严禁 喧哗、追逐打闹、乱扔垃圾等不文明行为。
第三条 请将私人物品放置存包处，并请妥善保管贵重 物品， 如有丢失，自行负责。
第四条 请自觉遵守各项规定，服从工作人员管理。
第五条 请爱护图书和各类设施，如丢失、损坏图书需 按《图书丢失、损坏赔偿办法》进行赔偿；如损坏设施，须 照价赔偿。
视障阅览室读者须知
本室为视障读者提供盲文图书借阅、有声读物听读等服 务，同时组织各类视障读者活动。
一、视障读者使用本室资源，请提前一天致电服务台进行预约，开放时间为周二至周五 9：00 至 12：00 (法定节假 日不开放)；预约电话 66383366。
二、视障读者凭读者证可外借盲文图书10册，借期60天，可续借一次，续期为30天，续借可通过门户网站、手机 APP、微信公众号或电话委托办理。
三、有声读物和电子读物不外借，只限在本室阅读。
四、我馆工作人员可帮助读者选取资料和进行上机服务，在电脑上需上传和下载资料请与工作人员联系，请不要自行安装移动存储设备。为保障电脑系统正常运作，请勿修改、删除软件。
五、请爱护盲文图书，所借盲文图书不得批划、折页、污损、撕页、遗失，否则按《图书丢失、损坏赔偿办法》赔偿。
温馨提示：视障读者前来阅读时最好有家人陪同，以保 障来回路途上的人身安全。
